To support our planned growth over the coming years, we are looking for a commercial profile with experience in the consultative selling of Data, BI, Analytics, and AI solutions.
The Account Executive will operate in the Spanish market, within a predefined territory and/or industry, supported by the pre-sales team, specialized consultants, and a dedicated marketing area focused on lead generation. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will have the following responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities and manage assigned clients
Build and maintain a qualified pipeline
Follow the entire sales cycle of Data & AI solutions, services, and platforms
Understand business needs and transform them into concrete evolutionary paths
Collaborate with the technical team in defining proposals and POCs (Proof of Concepts)
Develop strategic relationships with business and IT stakeholders
Organize and participate in events, workshops, and networking initiatives
Contribute to brand growth through evangelization activities, content, and events

We are seeking an individual with a strong consultative attitude and the ability to build relationships of trust with both business and IT stakeholders. The ideal candidate is able to understand complex business processes, identify evolutionary opportunities, and transform operational needs into concrete paths of Data & AI innovation.
At least 5 years of experience in selling BI, Analytics, Data Platform, Cloud, or Digital Transformation solutions
Experience in proposing platforms such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Salesforce, or similar technologies
Consultative selling capabilities and management of high-value solutions
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience in autonomously generating business opportunities
Goal-oriented and capable of working in a team
Strong organizational and priority-management skills
Passionate about technology, analytics, and AI
Curious, pragmatic, and result-oriented
Autonomous and a self-starter, yet capable of working in a team
Credible when communicating with business and IT stakeholders
